NOT KNOWN FACTS ABOUT BAREFOOT SHOES FOR WALKING

New to barefoot shoes. We are now living in Montana where it could possibly get to -twenty or reduced. Any ideas on boots? Am I right in imagining you would will need the thick boot to protect from the extreme chilly? Look for boots with a wide toe box possibly?
